A Chrome and Firefox extension I built to help myself manage my time on various social media sites. It turns being on those sites into a game where you have a health bar and a time limit. It forces you to stay productive and starts damaging you if you continue to be active or "doom scroll" after your time is up. It has helped me and I hope it is of use to others.
